Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReadyPedi (the “Service”), a software product that helps Texas nail salons log whirlpool foot-spa cleanings and produce the official Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) Whirlpool Foot Spa Cleaning Record form. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, including the shared technician password you set for your shop. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

2. The Service and your records

ReadyPedi is a record-keeping tool. It helps you create and print cleaning records, but you remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and retention of your records and for your compliance with all applicable TDLR rules and other laws. ReadyPedi does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing any inspection or satisfy any regulatory requirement.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription, offered on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. Some plans include a free trial. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms.

• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, using your payment method on file, until you cancel.
• Free trials. If your plan includes a trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins and your payment method is charged automatically.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices; any change applies to the next billing period after we give you notice.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your billing page. The effect of cancellation depends on your plan:

• Monthly plans. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. You keep access until then and are not charged again.
• Annual plans. An annual subscription is a prepaid twelve-month commitment. When you cancel an annual plan, it stops renewing at the end of the paid term, and you keep access for the remainder of that term. Amounts already paid for the current annual term are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated or partial-period refunds, except where required by law.

All fees are non-refundable except where these Terms state otherwise or where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at info@readypedi.com and we will review it in good faith.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, disrupting its operation, reverse-engineering it, reselling it without our permission, or using it to store unlawful content or to enter records you know to be false.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet any regulatory requirement applicable to your business.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyPedi and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
